The Technical Coordination of the Campus Administration assists the coordinations in the preparation of Preliminary Technical Studies, structures budgets, documents and Terms of Reference for the execution of contracts in accordance with current legal regulations. In addition to the pre-contractual phase, the Coordination also assists in the stages of the bidding process and in clarifying doubts throughout the execution of the contract, serving as a connection between the Coordination of the Campus Administration and Pro-Rectors.
